Jönköping International Business School,  Jönköping,  Sweden

About the Location: Jönköping is a medium-sized city located on the shores of Lake Vättern in southern Sweden.  With gorgeous water front views, a beautiful city center, restaurants, shopping, and concert venues, Jönköping is a great location to spend time abroad. 

The Program: Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is truly global and entrepreneurial in spirit: over 30 % of JIBS faculty are international, while over 50 % of the students in these programs are international. The university campus is located right in the heart of the city, with anything you may need within walking distance.

Summer Program:
Dates: June 1-28, 2019
Courses: Undergraduate students earn 6 credits of 40004000-level business electives in MGS or IB by taking 10 ECTS "Purchasing Logistics with a Global Perspective".
Costs: Tuition/fees paid directly to JU. Students are responsible for all travel & living expenses.

Eligibility:

  • Good academic standing
  • Enrolling full-time during the exchange
  • Students may only register for courses taught in the business school and Swedish language classes

Costs:

  • Georgia State Tuition and Fees  
  • Rent is approximately $380- $630 per month. All new international students are guaranteed accommodation, provided that they apply for accommodation correctly and announce their arrival in time.
  • Public transportation is approximately $63 per month
  • Mandatory international medical insurance
  • Students are responsible for airfare, lodging, food, and personal expenses.
